ABOUT US
Poly Pontoons Australia is based in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast, We have over 18 years experience in designing and manufacturing boats. We have built over 100 boats that can be found Australia wide.
Poly Pontoons originated in Pacific Harbour Bribe island before migrating 1hr up the coast to Noosa. Poly Pontoons are rated as one of the safest designs in Australia, say goodbye to corrosion and rotting.
The pontoons are low maintenance, you can scrap the barnacles off and water blast to clean.

Pontoons
We offer 3x Styles of Pontoon. Each Pontoon is made using Raw food grade Polyethylene by Rotational Mould Method. Our products have the benefit of being UV resistance and easy to repair in the event of cracks and scratches from use. Our complete pontoon system ensures minimal splash under the vessel reducing the risk of damage to the underside. We can custom create our pontoons to be used as storage or even as holding tanks for Clear, Brown & Black water.
Polyethylene is resistant to the harsh environment our products will be exposed to included oils , acids, fuels and salt water. This process makes our products a low maintenance option for your houseboat or Pontoon Boat.

Series One
Our Series one pontoon has a 12mm wall. They a modular by design to suit your needs. When your design is finalised they are installed in Aluminium channels and poly welded together.

Our series one pontoons are suitable for small pontoon boats and jetties that do not require a heavy load rating. This series is also used as the centre for our series 3 centres for tri pontoons such as large houseboats and larger pontoon boats

Series Two
Our series 2 design are suited towards the mid range pontoon boats. The long sharp nose cuts through the water with easer. There is a designated rear pod that assist with getting onto the plane when at high speeds.This has been design to minimise the wash created on the water

Our series 3 pontoon is our largest and are design to take on the most heaviest of loads. If your building a large house boat or a heavy duty barge these are what we recommend.
